About us
Who We Are
United Foundation Welfare Hospital & Blood Transfusion Services Kohat has been serving humanity since 2011, operating as a charitable, non-political, and non-profit organization. The Foundation is registered with:
- Directorate of Social Welfare, KPK
- Health Care Commission (HCC), Government of KPK
- Exempted from Income Tax under section 2(36) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001
We provide fully screened blood and blood components free of cost, following WHO-recommended standards, to more than 500 registered patients, including children suffering from lifelong genetic blood disorders.

- Packed Red Cells
- Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP)
- Platelets
- Cryoprecipitate
- Washed Red Cells
- Laboratory Screening & Diagnostics
All donated blood is screened for:
Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV/AIDS, VDRL, and Malaria Parasite using ELISA computerized equipment.
